Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

22BEV, Inc. (“22BEV,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a beverage co-manufacturing company located at 2195 Daniels St, Suite C, Long Lake, Minnesota 55356. We operate 22bev.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site and through the emails and calls that start from it.

The Site is intended for businesses. It does not sell beverages or any other product to consumers. Information exchanged under a signed production or confidentiality agreement is also governed by that agreement.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a quote through our contact form, we collect:

• Contact details: your full name, company or brand name, email address and, if you choose, phone number.
• Project details: the type of business you represent, the beverage type (THC-infused, non-THC or both), estimated volume per run, target launch timing, whether your recipe, procedures and brand design are ready, and anything you write about your project.
• Your consent to this Privacy Policy and to being contacted about your inquiry.

We also collect the information you choose to share when you email or call us.

Please do not send confidential formulas, recipes or trade secrets through the form. If your project moves forward, we will arrange a more appropriate way to exchange them.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We use it to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the Site and, in aggregated form, to understand how the Site is used.

Information we do not ask for

We do not ask for, and ask you not to submit, sensitive personal data such as government identification numbers, financial account details, health information or precise geolocation.

3. How we use it

We use personal information to:

• Respond to your inquiry, evaluate your project, prepare a quote and schedule calls or facility visits.
• Communicate with you about your project and our services.
• Operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site, including detecting and preventing spam, fraud and abuse.
• Keep business records and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• Enforce our Terms and Conditions and protect the rights, property and safety of 22BEV, our clients and others.

Submitting an inquiry does not add you to a marketing mailing list. If we ever send you marketing email, it will identify us and include a simple way to opt out, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires.

We do not use personal information for automated decisions or profiling that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Cookies and analytics

The Site does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or cross-site tracking.

• Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate without placing cookies in your browser.
• Security: our content-delivery network, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies or run checks, such as Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms, to tell people from automated bots and keep the Site available.
• Site administration: WordPress sets login cookies only for our own staff when they sign in to manage the Site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some features, such as the contact form, may stop working.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, these browser signals do not change how the Site behaves. If our practices change, we will honor opt-out preference signals as the law requires.

5. How we share it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions: website hosting (IONOS), content delivery, security and analytics (Cloudflare), and business email (Google Workspace).
• Legal and safety reasons: when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena or court order, or is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of 22BEV, our clients or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
• With your consent or at your direction.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and evaluate a possible business relationship. If you become a client, we keep it for the length of that relationship and afterwards for as long as needed for our records, to resolve disputes and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Our providers keep technical logs for limited periods under their own retention schedules. When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls and spam protection on our forms. No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

8. Your privacy rights

Anyone may ask us what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, including Minnesota under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act, you may also have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal data, and access it.
• Correct inaccurate personal data.
• Delete personal data about you.
• Get a copy of your personal data in a portable format.
• Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising and certain profiling. We do none of these.
• Question the result of a profiling decision and get a list of the specific third parties to which we have disclosed your personal data, where Minnesota law provides it.

How to make a request. Email contact@22bev.com with the subject “Privacy request,” or call (952) 270-8259. We will verify your identity using information we already hold and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend that period once by another 45 days and will tell you why. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Privacy appeal.” We will answer in writing within the time the law requires. If you disagree with the result of your appeal, you may contact your state attorney general. Minnesota residents may contact the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business representatives who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Visitors outside the U.S.

22BEV is based in the United States, and the Site is intended for visitors in the United States. Information you submit is processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party services, such as Google Maps for directions. Those services have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information. Please review their policies before you use them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use personal information you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to tell you before it takes effect.
